Our Shore2Shore Excursions guide will meet you at the Port of Hellesylt where we board an air-conditioned coach to take a guided shore tour.

We begin our excursion in Hellesylt and almost immediately, we observe the magnificent Hellesylt waterfall before continuing to the deepest lake in Europe, the Hornindalsvatnet, about 514 meters deep.

Not far from there, the Nordfjord fjord is discovered with its villages of Stryn, Loen and Olden, the latter, located at the foot of the fjord that gives its name to the surrounding valley.

We continue through the majestic landscape of the Olden valley until we reach the Briksdal mountain and a little further on the Briksdal glacier, it is one of the arms that form the Jostedal glacier, the longest in Continental Europe.

After enjoying Briskdal and appreciating the beauty of the landscape, we will have free time to have lunch (not included in the price) and rest and/or walk to touch the glacier.

After the break we will return to Stryn to deviate a little inland through the Stryn Valley and the beautiful Stryn Lake before climbing the famous mountain road, which once connected the western and eastern part of Norway.

On the way to Geiranger we will make one last stop at the Flydal viewpoint, one of the most famous spots in Norway and, without a doubt, one of the most photographed, from where spectacular views are observed. On the way there will be a stop to take pictures in Dalsnibba or on the eagles road.

Return to the port of Geiranger.
